First up is Pam from Posie's Place. For the theme, Pam chose a recipe with 7 ingrediants. Her tasty looking Guacamole Burgers with Spicy Chile Con Queso looks fantastic.
Ruth at Once Upon a Feast came up with a bunch of clever ideas for the "7" theme. Ultimately, she chose to prepare a recipe that had "double sevens" for ingrediants and also worked in the fact that I was in the middle of Vegetarian Week over at my blog. Her Couscous and Vegetable Salad with Orange and Garlic looks absolutely fantastic.
Up next is Peabody from Culinary Concoctions by Peabody. Peabody used the Seven Deadly Sins to interpret our theme this month, and the result are these absolutley amazing Chocolate Peanut Butter Love Bars. Peabody, I'm heading over to your house for dessert!
Myself, I went to my bookcase, counted over to the 7th never used cookbook and then looked for a recipe with 7 ingredients. Here's my Bavette Cacio e Pepe.
Paige from Chef Girl spent some time in France earlier this year. She chose to make a recipe from the 7e Arrondissement from the book Paris in a Basket and make this popular gateau aux Amandes et au Chocolat.
Marie-Laure over at O Delices celebrates her birthday on October 7. She made a scrumptious Cinnamon Birthday Cake

Je Mange La Ville's Michelle's recipe comes from one of my favorite chefs - Anthony Bourdain - Gigot de Sept Heures, Seven Hour Lamb. How wonderful!
Haalo from the beautiful Cook Almost Anything At Least Once used her Japanese luck cat for inspiration and make Green Tea Soba Noodles with dipping sauce.
Tami from Running with Tweezers also went the 7 ingrediant route. She madeAvocado Salad with Lemon Bacon and Watercress from her secret boyfriend Tyler Florence.
Breadchick's Mary used a bag of seven bean soup mix as the base for her mouth watering Boston Baked Beans.
Another big thanks to all of you, I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.
I am so excited to announce that the next challenge will be co-hosted! The super fantastic Ruth from Once Upon A Feast has agreed to co-host the next event. She has chosen the theme of a Foreign Dish - something from a culture other than your own. Please email Ruth at ruthAT4everykitchenDOTcom with your submission by September 4. The round up will be posted shortly after, with a link on the WCC page.
Enjoy the rest of your summer, and see you soon.
